Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind, please don’t worry, we’ve got it covered!

You have 14 days to change your mind and another 14 days to return the items for a full refund. The money will be refunded on the receipt of the item.

You are responsible for paying for the return post, please return via Royal Mail ‘signed for’ service if you are based in the UK. For international returns please use a tracked service.

If you would like to exchange your item, please post it back via Royal Mail ‘signed for’ service in an unused condition. You will cover the cost of the return post and additional cost of the new item (if applicable), but your new delivery will be on us. Since we cover the cost of re-delivery, we allow only one exchange per sale. If you would like to exchange again you will cover the cost of additional delivery
